7 Steps to Handling Objections
After nearly four decades in the real estate business, it is not often that I run into something new. But then, over the last two weeks I heard two commission objections from different sellers that I have never heard before. It got me thinking that it is probably a good time for me to review my seven steps to handling objections.
Today’s video will cover Steps 1 to 3. We will cover the remaining four next time and then in week three I am going to cover my Objection Matrix which I think you will find very interesting.
Do not forget, if you bought my book, “Selling Luxury Homes”, you are eligible for a 20-minute phone consultation with me. I love hearing your luxury real estate questions. Until next time, make it a great week.

05/22/2012Hi Jack
Just an FYI. Listened to your radio segment with Chris Devin. Excellent content as usual! Also, loved Chris’s radio show. I asked if someday he could expand to lower sound shore area NY. Hopefully someday. I contacted Chris and asked if he could provide me with your segment to post on my web site. He agreed. He has a wonderful & warm personality. It was a pleasure to speak to him.
Also, had a question for you. Does your company provide a Satisfaction Guarantee whereby if the seller is not content with one’s service provided they have the right to cancel their contract? Have seen some real estate firms offer this but am undecided if it is the correct thing to do.
Hope all is well!
