The Listing Evaluation Form

Posted by on May 1, 2012 | 3 Comments

Hello luxury agents. This week we are going to talk about another one of my forms, the Listing Evaluation Form. I think it’s Mike Ferry who said that a great listing will solve almost any problem we have in life or in our real estate business. The Listing Evaluation Form can help make all listings a great listing by graphically and visually conveying to a seller how six components – price, condition, time on market, location, motivation and ease of showing come together to make a listing more or less salable.

The Listing Evaluation Form will be demonstrated in the accompanying video. I will show you how to use the form to get all six factors in alignment so that you can get your listing sold.

As always you can email your questions to Jack@Jackcotton.com. Don’t forget, if you bought my book Selling Luxury Homes, with that you get a 20-minute phone consultation with me, and until next week, make it a great week.

    Hi Jack,

I have your book , Selling Luxury Homes. I would very much appreciate a copy of the Listing Evaluation Form. I have a boatload of high end listing that are just sitting there and sellers who don’t want to well — Your ideas are very helpful.

    Many thanks.
