7 Steps To Handling Objections (Part lll)
Hello, luxury real estate agents. This is our third and final segment covering objections. We covered the seven steps to handling objections over the past two weeks. Today I want to cover my OBJECTION HANDLING MATRIX. It follows a format that is often found during political debates and press conferences. After you hear an objection, you have a RESPONSE. Next you tell a STORY around the response. Back up your story with DATA. Finally, use an ANALOGY.
