Are You Working Smarter? (Part lV)

Hello luxury agents. Today we are going to talk about the dangers of practicing “me-too” real estate as part of our working smarter series. It is bad enough that most consumers think of Realtors® as being generic, that we all offer the same basic services. They often feel that their properties are going to sell for the same price no matter who lists it. We really have to fight this concept in the marketplace and decide not to become part of “me-too” real estate. This is especially important in the high end.

This is part of working smarter versus working harder because if we understand the thoughts and motivations of our prospects, we are in a better position to:

• gauge their level of interest
• understand where they are in the process of buying a property or selling a property, and
• spending just the right amount of time at the proper time.

Enjoy today’s video. It will talk about avoiding “me-too” real estate, and some specific techniques we can use to qualify buyers more quickly than we might otherwise.

As always, remember if you bought my book, “Selling Luxury Homes”, you are entitled to a free 20-minute phone consultation with me. I also welcome your questions and comments, both directly via e-mail or Facebook.

Until next time, make it a great week.

Do you have a video about qualifying luxury buyers? This ones about positive affirmations. Maybe it was mislabeled?
