In our previous installment on the power of story, we summarized the important elements of stories and how they help us become more successful in Luxury real estate. We will conclude the series today with a review of the five areas of expertise that all luxury home buyers and sellers are looking for in an agent:

• Market and value
• Pricing
• Market preparation
• Marketing
• Negotiating

We will learn that having expertise and conveying with over and over refrains of “I am, I am, I am, I am” will not work. The power of story will help us convey our expertise; connect across generations and socioeconomic barriers in a meaningful and memorable way.

We will end with a reminder of the different areas where stories can be used and a call to tell your story forward. Develop your stories. Make sure they fit into a process. Create the story you want to live in Luxury real estate and create the plan of action that will be required to make your story come alive so that you can live your story.
