You know the saying: “Garbage in; Garbage out.” To create a business plan that will actually propel you to your goals, you need to base it on actual real data.
Spend an hour, (the amount of time required to purchase an airline ticket these days) and go through your last year’s calendar. Day by day, count the calls, appointments, listings taken and listings sold. Do the same thing for buyers. Make every effort to accurately reconstruct the year.
