I am still hanging around in my bike garage, lamenting the end of this year’s Tour de France. Last time, I talked about the question I imagine that racers ask themselves throughout the stages of the race. I also mentioned how I use a version of that question all throughout my day.
In today’s video, we will talk about the concept of “coasting”. You know, when you are heading downhill like a Tour racer… it’s easy to coast. But, should you? Do Tour racers coast down the mountains of the Alps?
