Protecting Your Fees – A Tale of Two Houses Part 4

In the fourth and last in my series of four videos dealing with staging vs. market preparation, I will talk about how a market preparation report can protect your fee.

It is my strongly held conviction that a fully executed marketing checklist will add two to four points of sales price to a listing.  Can I prove this? No, I cannot. But based on my years of experience watching the eyes of buyers either light up or glaze over when they enter a home, I have learned what makes them light up. A great market preparation checklist will help light them up.

Not only will the checklist differentiate you from your competition, an extra two to four points of sales price will help you sell an extra point or two of fee.
