    Hi Jack,
I recommend that our agents connect with you to learn about the Luxury market!

My first Luxury Listing came from a lady who I knew as a Computer repair client. I was in that business before getting my license. She called me to fix her internet connection as she did every year when she came to Florida. After fixing it I told her I wanted to break into the Luxury market and did she know of anyone who wanted to sell their home. She said she was interested! She had been in Email communication with one of our Mega Agents for 8 months on email drip campaigns, however he never asked for the business! I was going to share the listing with him, but my client said she only wanted me to handle it. The other agent was a bit upset. So that was my first $2,000,000 listing! I learned a lot about the area and how long it takes to sell in that resort community…2 years! Finally sold for $1.5 Mil.

I was able to move my sign across the street and 2 houses down for my next one at $1.4 Million…still for sale. New one is http://www.10048magnoliabend.com

    Hello Jack,

Have you found any success with video marketing to get luxury listings which I believe deserve more marketing attention?

    Thanks,
    Donny

Funny you should ask that this week. I just learned one of my property videos was picked up as a featured video and has gone viral. I don’t have any exact accounts or data to prove the success, but I do believe it works.
