Take Names, Not Prisoners At Your Open House
Our Luxury Real Estate Open House “road trip” comes to an end today. Last week, we learned about how to put your Luxury Open House prospects at ease. Our next goal has to be to GET NAMES. Once we get a name and contact information, we can find this person a Luxury Home that is perfect for them.
So, how do we get names? In this video, I will talk about: An “ethical bribe” that will have prospects anxious to give you their contact information. In the past I have offered a copy of my 12 Secrets Luxury Home Buyers Know.
Enjoy the video then, try this out! I want to hear how this works for you. Our Luxury Open House tour is at an end now, we’ll be on to a new topic next week.
*Note – the video mentions Luxury Agent Academy which just finished and is no longer available. However, the next Luxury Real Estate Unplugged is coming up soon and is a free training webinar where I answer your questions. You can sign up here —-> www.LuxuryRealEstateUnplugged.com
Don’t forget, I will cover more of your luxury real estate questions on the first Tuesday of each month. Register RIGHT NOW at www.LuxuryRealEstateUnplugged.com. This is FREE, monthly one-on-one coaching in a group setting. Sign up and get your question submitted without delay.
- Check out www.JackCottonRealtor.com and let me know how you like my videos.
- Go to www.LuxuryRealEstateUnplugged.com and register for the next webinar on May 6th
- Leave your question at the bottom of the page
Lastly: Think about your own luxury listings and decide which one could benefit from exposure through my newsletter. Send me pictures and a brief description with your contact information and I’ll include the best one with mine in my weekly e-video news blast. Wouldn’t that be great if we had a referral in our group every single week as a result of this video series?
In the meantime don’t forget to pass this video to a Realtor friend.
