Your 30-Second Luxury Commercial

Imagine we are meeting at a social gathering or event. We introduce each other and you ask what I do. I reply, “I am in real estate.”

You, stifling a yawn think, “Yeah, so is everyone else in this room.”

You’ve heard about the importance of a 30-second commercial. Well, you run the risk of boring people to sleep if you don’t have one prepared and try to make it up on the spot.

You have to think about the key things you need in the commercial. How will you set yourself apart? How will you be memorable? How will you make sure that people want to talk with you again?

In today’s video, I will give you Seven Steps to Create a 30-Second Luxury Real Estate Commercial. Not just one, but a least three commercials for these situations:

1. For other agents
2. For attendees at business events
3. For people you meet at social events

Follow the steps, practice and have them ready. Don’t let people fall asleep when they hear what you do. Rather, leave them wanting more.
