On Giving 100%
It’s the last day of vacation and temps are in the high 80s. I hear there have been snow flurries at home — I am not looking forward to returning!
More than just the vacation, it’s been an interesting time. I recently received a somewhat curt email from a subscriber, in which they pointed out an error that occurred in one of my recent e-mails, and it got me thinking about giving 100% and if 99% is ever good enough.
Then, we had dinner at our favorite, and most expensive, restaurant and we were on the receiving end of less than 100%. That experience got me thinking even more.
We’ve all seen and heard examples where 99% was good enough. In luxury real estate, however, it is not.
Is it easy? No way! However, it is incredibly worthwhile.
