5 Areas of Luxury Real Estate Expertise
Last week we talked about five elements of packaging to make your listing presentation look as great as it can and convey the value and importance of a fine diamond presented at Tiffany’s.
This week, I want refresh your memory about the five areas of expertise that should become the backbone of your listing presentation.
They are:
1. Markets and Value
2. Pricing
3. Market Preparation
4. Marketing
5. Negotiation
Now, there is nothing worse than being all dressed up with no place to go so just having this expertise is not enough. You need to convey it in your listing presentation. You need to develop Unique Selling Propositions (USP’s) around each one.
THEN, you need to wrap each USP in a story so that your luxury clients buy into it, believe it, see value in it, and crave it. Tune in and learn!
