3 Key Rules for Negotiating in Luxury Real Estate
As we approach the end of our series on negotiation, I’m going to share three important negotiation rules in today’s video. I can’t stress enough how important these three rules are and I’ll go as far as to say that my third rule will change your life and your negotiations if you can learn, internalize and actually use it.
Here are my three rules of luxury negations:
1. Build Standing
2. NEVER Assume
3. Detach from the Outcome
