Beware of These 4 Luxury Negotiation Tactics
As we continue our series on negotiation, I want to prepare you for some tactics that others may use on you in a negotiation situation. These are not methods I recommend using; with one or two exceptions that is. I do find, however, that agents are less intimidated if they recognize these tactics up front. It can also be amusing to say:
“I know that tactic, imagine trying that on me!”
The four negotiation methods I will cover in today’s video include:
1. The Wince
2. Silence
3. Good Guy vs. Bad Guy
4. Limited Authority
I will cover these tactics in greater detail in today’s video (I even use a couple of these myself) and then I’ll discuss five more next week. Enjoy!
