How to Quantify Your Luxury USPs
Over the past five sessions, we have covered many ideas and techniques that can make us better negotiators.
Often, the toughest negotiation involves our marketing fee. It is also the most stressful kind of negotiation for most agents. What if you could head this drama off “at the pass?” I have another technique, covered in today’s video that could make commission negotiation unnecessary: Quantify Your Luxury Unique Selling Propositions.
First of all, you have to have USPs. In fact, I’ve created a video about developing your very own. The goal is to have three to five luxury USPs that are different, better and can bring more value to your seller clients.
