I was attending a training program this past weekend the topic of goal setting came up. Of course, when people talk about goals, the whole S.M.A.R.T. concept was quick to be outlined in the discussion.
I didn’t really know the others attending very well yet so I was reluctant to share my thoughts on the S.T.U.P.I.D. side of goals. Since I know you though, I won’t be holding back in this video as I discuss a unique outlook on goal setting.
