It’s that time of the year again.

The days are getting shorter and shorter. We’ve adjusted our clocks and we’ve dug deep into our closets to pull out some warmer outfits to get us through the next few months.

It’s also the time of year that people (should) begin planning for the year ahead. The problem with most people is they spend too much time planning vacations and their upcoming weekends, but not enough time planning for their business and getting clear on their professional goals for the upcoming year.
