The Biggest Source of Luxury Real Estate Problems

Posted by on Jan 12, 2016 | 2 Comments

I believe that one of biggest reasons agents stay on the sidelines is that they lack the proper mindset to succeed. As a matter of fact, I believe that mindset is the explanation for most, if not all of the problems people experience.

For that reason, I particularly enjoy today’s video where I talk about building the right mindset for success. We can “forget” about our mindset sometimes when things get rough. Having a belief statement ready at hand is the cure for this.

The other “sin” I will cover today is also mindset based, and it’s the belief that in order to be effective, our business plans need to be exceptionally detailed and complex. I will quote Albert Einstein today as we work to absolve Sin Number Eleven.

I am working with your handy-dandy “Back of the Napkin Business Plan” to jump start my career for 2016.

Your video arrives by e-mail each week to encourage us to get moving and have a plan to succeed ! This simple, but straight to the point business plan has been an eye opening experience and given me focus and direction. THANK YOU, I am making it a GREAT week even though the weather is icy cold and snowing again today.

Patti, I’m happy to see that the plan is working for you. Hoping the weather is getting better as well. It’s been a strange winter.
