Taking Advantage Of The Holidays
Even with all the great ideas and topics I gave you last week, the thought of potentially needing fifty-two topics to discuss over a listing period can be daunting. This is where holidays become valuable.
Using the holidays to start themed discussions with your buyers will make life easier. Share on XThere are fifty-two weeks in a year, but remember thirteen of them have holidays. Those holidays amount to thirteen built-in themes to discuss with your sellers, only leaving thirty-nine other topics to cover. Doesn’t that sound good?
This week, I’ll provide useful tips for those potentially awkward moments. I’ll also show you a communication plan that will span six months of a listing contract. In the unfortunate circumstance of a listing that remains on the market longer, the “repeat” part of last week’s shampoo instructions come into play.
