16) Collect competitors’ ads and literature and study them for information about their strategy, product features and benefits, etc.
17) Ask lost clients why they didn’t hire you.
18) Identify a new market in a new geographic location or price point.
19) Offer a fancier/more expensive/faster/bigger version of your service.
20) Update your:
i. Presentations (listing presentations, buying presentations, etc.)
ii. Logo
iii. Your entire ‘look’
