How Realtors Take Advantage of Holidays
Even with all the great ideas and topics I have given you, the thought of potentially needing 52 topics to discuss over a listing period can be daunting.
It’s already the end of October. With Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas fast approaching, I have started thinking about the holidays. Luckily, there are 13 weeks centered around holidays that you can discuss with sellers, so you’ll only need 39 other topics to cover.
This is a prime example of how second home luxury real estate can inspire you in other markets. Share on XIt is not unusual for us to have properties on the market for extended periods since these buyers and sellers are often not as motivated as primary home buyers might be.
Today, I will show you how I make holiday-themed letterheads for the seller communication that occurs during one of the main holiday weeks. I will also share sample content that is easy to understand if you follow the “Lather, Rinse, Repeat” program from last week.
