I believe that one of biggest reasons agents stay on the sidelines is that they lack the proper mindset to succeed.

For that reason, I particularly enjoy today’s video where I talk about building the right mindset for success. There is also the fact that we can “forget” our mindset sometimes when things get rough. Having a belief statement ready is the cure for this.

The other “Sin” I will cover today is also mindset based and it’s the belief that in order to be effective, our business plans need to be exceptionally detailed and complex.
