A few weeks ago, we talked about body language that we shouldn’t be using during a showing. Today, we are going to continue that discussion.

You’re allowed to get tired, but don’t exude it to potential buyers and risk being seen as lethargic. They may interpret a yawn or you sitting down as disrespectful behavior.

If you’re too tired to show an entire house to your buyers, you may need to consider showing different types of houses or changing your profession.
