Let’s face it; we’ve all been there. For instance, I once had the opportunity to present a listing for a stunning 50-million-dollar property in an unfamiliar market. Naturally, the clients asked those exact questions, and my response was simple yet honest: “Zero.” You might be tempted to dodge or divert their attention elsewhere, but trust me, that’s not the way to go.
Honesty and Integrity

It would be an honor to earn your listing, and my dedication will be unmatched. How does it feel to have someone this driven, motivated, and passionate about getting your property listed and sold?”
