As we conclude our discussion of working harder versus working smarter, we are going to talk about the dangers of practicing “me-too” real estate. It is bad enough that most consumers think of us as being generic: that we are all the same, offer the same services and results. Many believe that their properties will sell for the same price no matter who lists it. We have to fight this concept in the marketplace and decide not to become part of “me-too” real estate, especially in the high end.

This is part of working smarter versus working harder because once we understand the thoughts and motivations of our prospects, we can spend just the right amount of time at the right time. So watch today’s video. It will talk about avoiding “me-too” real estate, and some specific techniques we can use to qualify buyers, especially more quickly than we might otherwise.
