Should You Be Over-Communicating?
In the past, I have discussed social media strategies during uncertain times. This week, we will discuss why it’s important to over-communicate.
Communication has always been critical in Luxury Real Estate. When dealing with uncertain times, it’s even more important to keep your circle of influence up to date with current trends in real estate and to keep you top of mind with your clients and potential clients.
Take the Initiative
According to Victoria Kennedy, it’s important to reach out to clients regularly, even just to pick up the phone and say “How’s it going?” You don’t have to talk about real estate. You don’t have to talk about buying or selling. When you’re calling, your clients are going to think real estate and will bring up real estate. All you have to do is take the initiative and pick up the phone. If you have less than 20 clients, pick up the phone. If you have more, send them an email or a mass video.
Be the Best
Profile funnel, make sure that when people come to your page, the first thing they see is that you do real estate. You’re an authority in real estate and when they come to your page, they should know that. If you’re really serious and you really want to be the best at what you do, you should breathe it. You should live it. It should be who you are.
Over-communicating means picking up the phone, posting on social media, providing educational material and making it known that you’re available as an authority and are here to help.CLICK TO TWEET
